Absolutely not! At WorkMed, we pride ourselves on transparency. There are no hidden fees—our pricing is straightforward and clear. The monthly membership fee covers all the services outlined in our membership agreement. If there are any additional costs for treatments or labs that fall outside the membership, we’ll communicate those clearly.

Yes, we charge a $50 one- time per person enrollment fee to set up your patient account with our office.

At WorkMed, we offer primary care, but if you need to see a specialist, we've got you covered! We will coordinate your care and refer you to trusted specialists who align with your needs. Plus, we’ll collaborate with the specialist to ensure you receive seamless, integrated care every step of the way. Your health is our top priority!

It's essential to note that while our office coordinates care with specialists, each specialist will have their own set pricing that is outside of the WorkMed Plus Direct Primary Care (DPC) memebership. However, we are committed to working closely with specialists to help you receive the best pricing for treatments. This ensures you can access necessary care without unexpected financial burdens. We strive to make the referral process as smooth as possible so you can focus on your health and well-being.

Absolutely! One of the fantastic advantages of WorkMed Plus is we offer same-day or next-day appointments for our members. This ensures that your employees have timely access to the care they need without long waiting times! We also offer 24-7 Tele-Health so you don’t have to worry about coming into the office.

At Work Med, we’re equipped to handle a wide array of health issues! From acute illnesses, women’s health, routine care, chronic injuries, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, nutrition, sports medicine, preventive care, and wellness services.

Billing at Work Med is straightforward! Many routine in-house lab tests are included in your membership, but some external lab tests may have additional costs. The great news is we negotiate discounted rates for our members, making healthcare more affordable!

Absolutely! We offer 24-7 telehealth follow-up services as part of our commitment to making healthcare accessible for everyone. This means you and your family can consult with our healthcare provider from the comfort of your home—no need to travel! Check out our Wellness Plus plan to activate this benefit.

We understand that financial health circumstances can change. We have a 90-day stay policy for individuals to cover storage of health records under HIPAA, healthcare providers must retain records for at least six years and to cover operational expenses incurred in onboarding new patients.

Important Billing Information

All enrollment cycles are billed in advance on the 1st of each month. If you decide to cancel on the 2nd or any other day of the month, you will still have membership benefits until the end of that month or within the 90-day stay policy.

Cancellation Process

To initiate a cancellation, simply send us a quick email notice at hello@workmedplus.com, as outlined in our membership agreement. Our team works closely with you to ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding process. We’re here to make things flexible and hassle-free for you!
